Shipping & Returns Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $75 or more (excluding saddles, saddle pads, buckets, and other oversized items).

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Store credit may be issued for items that arrive damaged or defective. Claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
